2010 - Incorporating social media marketing into my real estate business came naturally to me, as I immediately recognized that I could reach more people and earn the opportunity to meet with decision makers by publishing material that would help them reach the right the right real estate decisions, especially during times of uncertainty that existed following the Great Recession of 2008 and Atlanta's lagging recovery in 2010. The recognition served me well during the summer and fall of 2010 as I recovered from paralyzed-sparring surgery, and thus could not attend all the events. When I attended them, people remembered and appreciated my posts. The appreciation continues even though I ventured into health insurance at the beginning of the pandemic, because I have continued to write on the Atlanta real estate markets - commercial and residential - and routinely attend industry events.
